“Diana,” Netflix’s filmed version of the Princess Diana Broadway stage musical, swept up five awards at this year’s Razzie Awards celebrating the worst in filmmaking for the year.
The film won worst picture, actress, supporting actress, director and screenplay. Shortly after, “Space Jam: A New Legacy” pulled in three honors including worst actor; worst screen couple and worse remake, rip-off or sequel.
This year saw the Razzies include an all-Bruce Willis category with eight nominees, with the worst performance by him going to “Cosmic Sin”. Jared Leto also picked up an award for supporting actor in “House of Gucci”.
Will Smith beat out Jamie Dornan and Nicolas Cage for the Redeemer Award, celebrating his work in “King Richard” after having won four Razzies over the course of his career.
