Katherine Ryan is showing off her badass mum credentials in the first look trailer of her new Netflix series, The Duchess.
The stand-up comedian has penned a semi-autobiographical sitcom about life with a young daughter called Olive – who on her birthday announces she wants a brother or sister.
Despite having a boyfriend she keeps at arm’s length (unless she’s offering them anal sex on her doorstep in front of a delivery man), Katherine decides to go it alone for baby number two.
But when an appointment at the sperm donor doesn’t work out she resorts to more drastic measures.
She decides to proposition her deadbeat ex-boyfriend, former boyband member, Shepherd Knight.
Shepherd, who lives on a barge in Camden Town, isn’t that keen on the idea and makes a deal with her to do it for £10,000.
Meanwhile she has a lot of other issues to deal with – such as the evil mum clique who lurks outside the school gates, and her daughter being bullied by one of theirs.
Just like the persona we’ve come to know her for, Katherine is quick to take action – all while wearing a ‘World’s Smallest P***y’ jumper.
Basically, she’s a total fighter – and god help anyone who gets in the way of her, Olive, and her second-to-none fashion sense.
The Duchess launches 11 September on Netflix.
