If you are in a rush it is a better choice to grab and apple, or a bag of carrots, than to go through the drive through at a fast food restaurant. By taking the time to plan ahead you will feel better and lose weight. The most important part of keeping to a whole foods lifestyle is to remember what whole foods are. Foods that have been processed or added to are not whole foods and they are not good for you. Food does not naturally sit on shelves for days on end, only with the use of chemical and preservatives can that happen. Avoid foods that are filled with preservatives.
