Update: Xur has departed for this weekend. Here’s where you can find Xur and what Exotics he’s selling for the weekend of February 18-22.

We’re quickly running out of Xur visits in Destiny 2 before the launch of The Witch Queen, so if you still need to get some legendary gear from him before the expansion is out, now is the time to do it. Here’s what Xur has this week, and where you can find the Agent of the Nine.

Now Playing: Destiny 2 – Where Is Xur Today? Feb. 11-15

Head to Nessus, to the Watcher’s Grave area, to find Xur this week. For his weapon, Xur is offering the Graviton Lance pulse rifle. Hunters can pick up the Lucky Raspberry gauntlets; for Titans, there’s the Mask of the Quiet One helmet; and for Warlocks, Xur has the Winter’s Guile gauntlets.

Both the Mask of the Quiet One and the Winter’s Guile in Xur’s inventory are interesting gets. The Titan helmet has a pretty high stat roll for Xur, with a total of 65, and while the Winter’s Guile is only 61, it carries extremely high Recovery and Intellect.

Xur’s Legendary gear this week includes a few interesting items. His Gnawing Hunger auto rifle is nearly a god roll for PvE activities with Subsistence, Demolitionist, and a Handling Masterwork, and his Seventh Seraph CQC is a close facsimile of a PvP god roll with Quickdraw, Vorpal Weapon, and Handling for Masterwork. The Temptation’s Hook he’s got is also pretty solid, with Hungering Blade and Vorpal Weapon, with an Impact Masterwork.

The Legendary armor that Xur’s offering this week is the Lost Pacific set, formerly available on Titan before it disappeared. Hunters can get a very nice helmet from the set with a stat total of 65 and can fill a gap with chest armor at 63, but there’s nothing much to recommend for Warlocks. Titans can get an okay helmet and leg armor set, if you should need to fill some loadout gaps, at 63 and 62, respectively.

Xur Location

Look For Xur In The Big Tree In Watcher'S Grave.
Look for Xur in the big tree in Watcher’s Grave.

Spawn in at the Watcher’s Grave transmat zone on Nessus and hop on your sparrow, heading north. You’ll want to make your way to the big pink tree at the north end of the area, which hugs the wall. Jump on and climb up onto the branch that reaches out over the area, where you’ll find Xur, master of all he surveys.

Xur is present every weekend in Destiny 2, starting with the daily reset at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET each Friday. His exact location is always a mystery when he first arrives, as he is not listed on the map, and for novice players, he can be easy to miss. However, there are a set number of locations where he takes up residence, including the Tower Hangar area, on Nessus in Watcher’s Grave, and in the Winding Cove area of the EDZ.

Xur Exotic Items

Graviton Lance is Xur’s weapon this week, a solid workhorse of a pulse rifle in both PvE and PvP activities. It’s great for scoring headshots and can be devastating for kills, thanks to the fact that it makes enemies blow up. If you’re not a fan of his other options, Xur also sells an Exotic engram that will decrypt into an Exotic you don’t already own. Just note that you can only buy one per week, and the engram is specific to the character class who buys it–so if you’re trying to get a new Titan helmet, don’t buy the engram with your Warlock. He also has the new Xenology Quest, which rewards an Exotic Cipher you can use to purchase Exotics from either Xur or the Tower’s Monument to Lost Lights. The quest requires you to either complete Strikes or win matches in Gambit and the Crucible.

  • Exotic Engram – 97 legendary shards
  • Graviton Lance – 29 legendary shards
  • Lucky Rapsberry – 23 legendary shards
  • Mask of the Quiet One – 23 legendary shards
  • Winter’s Guile – 23 legendary shards
  • Xenology quest – free
  • Legendary weapons and armor – 50 legendary shards, 1,000 Glimmer

Alongside changes in his location, Xur’s inventory also rotates weekly. That means it’s worth visiting him each time to check out his new weapons and rolls on Exotic and Legendary armor. You can visit him any time between his arrival Friday and the weekly reset at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET the following Tuesday when Xur departs the solar system.

Graviton Lance (Pulse Rifle)

Zapping Enemies With Graviton Lance Makes Them Explode Into Void Axion Bolts That Seek Other Enemies To Melt, Too.
Zapping enemies with Graviton Lance makes them explode into Void axion bolts that seek other enemies to melt, too.

Graviton Lance is an old Exotic, but it remains a solid choice in most PvE activities and in the Crucible. The pulse rifle shoots far and has predictable recoil that makes it easy to land headshots, and you want to do that with the second round in the three-round burst–it benefits from higher damage and has no damage falloff. If you should kill an enemy with Graviton Lance, they’ll explode and spray balls of Void energy around them, which explode to kill more enemies. It’s great for clearing groups of minor foes, and can rip through Guardians pretty well, too.

Lucky Raspberry (Hunter)

Your Arc Bolt Grenades Are Significantly More Powerful With Lucky Raspberry; Great If You Love Lightning.
Your Arc Bolt grenades are significantly more powerful with Lucky Raspberry; great if you love lightning.

Lucky Raspberry gives your lightning-slinging Arc Bolt grenades a big boost. Wearing the chest armor makes the grenades chain their lightning to more enemies, and with each bounce, it has a chance to recharge your grenade energy so you can sling more bolts. Every time you max out a grenade’s lightning chain, you’re guaranteed a full recharge.

Mask of the Quiet One (Titan)

Turn Your Pain Into Pain For Your Enemies With Mask Of The Quiet One.
Turn your pain into pain for your enemies with Mask of the Quiet One.

Titans have a few Exotics that provide them benefits for getting blasted. Mask of the Quiet One is such an Exotic, providing you with energy for your abilities as you take damage so you can fight back better. If you’re critically wounded, landing a kill gives you max health back, making you a lot more survivable–provided you win the fight. With a good roll and some versatility in both PvE and PvP, this is a good get for Titans.

Winter’s Guile (Warlocks)

Warlocks Can Enhance Their Punches And Fireballs With This Extremely Specific Roll Of Winter'S Guile.
Warlocks can enhance their punches and fireballs with this extremely specific roll of Winter’s Guile.

Warlock melees can be devastating thanks to the fact that they tend to be projectiles you can throw for high damage. With Winter’s Guile, landing melee kills increases your melee damage, making it possible to punch your way through enemies or rip them apart with cosmic fire and ice. This is a relatively low stat roll, but it’s a weird-enough one that it can be worth considering, with super high stats on Recovery and Intellect and nothing else. If you’re looking for a piece that can help you hit 100 on some stats, grab this one.
