Check out the crazy new coasters opening at Six Flags locations across the United States. Thrill seekers have new, record-breaking attractions to look forward to next year at a variety of Six Flags locations.

Six Flags Great America has just announced the opening of what park representatives say will be the world’s largest loop coaster. The “world-record breaking attraction” will open in Gurnee, Illinois next spring, sending riders forward and backward on a giant loop as they ascend 100 feet into the air.

The attraction will feature a “face-off” design, with visitors sitting back-to-back and face-to-face with one another.

While the attraction has yet to be named, guests can expect 360-degree revolutions and multiple inversions with serious hang-time (meaning riders will get plenty of upside down suspension as a part of the experience).

The loop coaster is just one of many record-beating attractions coming to Six Flags parks next year.

Theme park enthusiasts can also look forward to the world’s first Wonder Woman themed ride, Wonder Woman Golden Lasso, coming to Six Flags Fiesta Texas next spring. The ride will include a 90-degree drop and an I-beam rail that seats riders single file to give them uninterrupted views from above.

Meanwhile, Six Flags Magic Mountain in Los Angeles will debut the world’s tallest pendulum ride, CraZanity, next spring. The coaster reaches 17 stories high and includes a giant disk that whips riders back and forth at speeds of 75 miles per hour.

In northern California, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom will be opening the Harley Quinn Crazy Coaster, which is the first inverted looping coaster of its kind. The attraction includes inversions that continue along a vertically stacked figure eight track, with two trains racing toward one another at speeds of 70 miles per hour.

Over at Six Flags Great Adventure, in New Jersey, visitors will be able to experience the first thrill ride of its kind in North America when the Cyborg Cyber Spin opens in 2018. The ride’s movement is inspired by the movement of a gyroscope, taking guests as high as 70 feet in the air.

The same ride will open as a Harley Quinn-themed attraction, Harley Quinn Spinsanity, at Six Flags Over Texas and at Six Flags New England, sending riders swinging back and forth at speeds of up to 70 miles per hour, according to park representatives.

Other attractions in the mix include the Twisted Cyclone coaster, in Six Flags Over Georgia,  which will be a combination of a wooden coaster and a steel track for turns, while visitors will also be able to cool down at a whirlpool bowl with a five-story drop at Six Flags St. Louis and on a new river adventure ride with inflatable tubes at Six Flags America.
