Will Ferrell, Jamie Foxx and Will Forte will all lend their voices to the comedy “Strays” at Universal Pictures.
The live-action-CG hybrid adult-targeted comedy follows an abandoned dog (Ferrell) who teams up with other strays to get revenge on his nasty former owner (Forte). Foxx plays one of the strays.
Josh Greenbaum (“Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar”) directs from a script by Dan Perrault (“American Vandal”). The movie’s live-action elements shot in the Fall and it’s currently in post-production.
Greenbaum, Louis Leterrier, Aditya Sood, Phil Lord and Chris Miller will produce.
