Netflix Cancels “The Baby-Sitters Club”

Netflix

Netflix has cancelled its reimagining of the classic teen series “The Baby-Sitters Club” after two seasons.

Based on the long-running series of novels by Ann M. Martin, the story follows a group of middle-school friends who form and run a baby-sitting service and deal with the issues of growing up.

Sophie Grace, Momona Tamada, Shay Rudolph, Malia Baker, Kyndra Sanchez, Vivian Watson, Anais Lee, Mark Feuerstein and Alicia Silverstone starred.

Despite mostly positive reviews, the axe has swung five months after the second season debuted on the streamer.
