Nintendo has released a new trailer for “Metroid Dread,” the new installment in the long-running “Metroid” franchise.
The clip introduces a few of Samus Aran’s brand-new abilities and some of the mysterious terrors lurking in the shadows of planet ZDR.
We also are introduced to Chozo, a highly intelligent and technologically advanced but rarely seen species who believed their purpose to be that of bringing peace throughout the galaxy.
New and returning abilities include Flash Shift, Pulse Radar, Grapple Beam, Ice Missile, Storm Missile, Cross Bomb, Speed Booster, Shinespark, Screw Attack.
“Metroid Dread” comes to the Switch on October 8th.
