Death on the Nile
20th Century Studios has set a March 29th date for the release of Kenneth Branagh’s “Death on the Nile” on Hulu & HBO Max in the U.S. and on the ‘Star’ section of Disney+ on March 30th in most of its territories (some get it later in April).

The Munsters
Despite being known for directing hardcore horror, filmmaker Rob Zombie has reassured fans that his upcoming film adaptation of classic sitcom “The Munsters” will be family-friendly with the film scoring a PG rating for “macabre and suggestive material, scary images and language”. Ghosted
Mike Moh, Amy Sedaris, Tim Blake Nelson and Tate Donovan have joined the cast of the Dexter Fletcher-directed film “Ghosted” at Apple and Skydance.

The high-concept romantic action-adventure film stars Chris Evans, Ana de Armas and Adrien Brody in the lead roles and is penned by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (“Deadpool”). Plot specifics are under wraps. [Source: Deadline]

Piano Man
Adam Ripp is attached to write and direct the Billy Joel biopic “Piano Man” at Michael Jai White’s Jaigantic Studios. Joel is not involved with the project which has no rights to the music, name/likeness or life story.

The biopic will follow Joel’s early years from being discovered by his first manager Irwin Mazur at 16, to playing in a Long Island cover band in the 1960s, and his breakout performance in 1972. [Source: Variety]
