Yoga Cures Rheumatic Fever

Vajrasana. Surya namaskar are also highly recommended.

b) Pranayama : This helps in doing the right technique of breathing and it includes abdominal breath, nadi shodhana and bhastrika which helps in boosting the digestive system.

c) Meditation : Helps one to release the suppressed emotional tensions and mental agitation, which is the chief reason for rheumatic fever and also gives a moral boost to the sufferer to deal with the fever more positive manner.

d) Yogic mudras helps to master any painful situation and it transforms the mental state to a more positive state and it drastically reduces intake of drugs.
