An updated press release has indicated that Christina Ricci has been quietly joined the cast of the still-untitled fourth “The Matrix” film at Warner Bros. Pictures.
Collider discovered the listing from an updated press kit released by Warners. Details of her, and all the new actors to have joined the cast, remain unknown.
Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Jessica Henwick, Neil Patrick Harris, Priyanka Chopra, and Jonathan Groff join returnees Keanu Reeves (Neo), Carrie Ann-Moss (Trinity), Jada Pinkett-Smith (Niobe), Daniel Bernhardt (Agent Johnson), and Lambert Wilson (The Merovingian).
The new “Matrix” is still on track to be released in cinemas and on HBO Max on December 22nd.
