Netflix has released the full-length trailer for its upcoming trilogy of movies based on R.L. Stine’s “Fear Street” book series.
Each of the R-rated films will premiere over three consecutive weeks next month. “Fear Street Part 1: 1994” hits July 2nd, “Fear Street Part 2: 1978” arrives July 9th, and “Fear Street Part 3: 1666” hits July 16th.
Leigh Janiak directed the interconnected films that unfold over three different time periods across three centuries – all in the fictional town of Shadyside, Ohio.
Things begin with a group of teenagers who discover that the terrifying events that have haunted their town for generations may all be connected – and they may be targeted next.
