Marking the first major studio wide release in three weeks, the Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum-led adventure rom-com “The Lost City” reportedly took in $2.5 million in previews on Thursday night.

As a result, the movie is reportedly on track for a domestic weekend opening of around $25 million and potentially as high as $30 million. Buoyed by quite good reviews, it will take on “The Batman” which is expected to drop to around $20 million in its fourth weekend and currently sits at $311 million domestically.

Also opening is the Indian movie “Rise Roar Revolt” which is tracking for an impressive $7 million and third place with “Uncharted” ($6M) and “Jujutsu Kaisen 0” ($5M) close behind.

It’s also set to be a crowded limited release marketplace with A24 opening “Everything Everywhere All At Once,” Bleecker Street releasing “Infinite Storm” and Sony Pictures Classics opening “Mothering Sunday”.
