Paramount Rearranges Multiple Release Dates

In the wake of the news of the next two “Mission: Impossible” films being pushed back nearly a year, Paramount Pictures has shaken up its release schedule even further.

The next “A Quiet Place” film, a spin-off as opposed to a direct sequel and one helmed by “Pig” director Michael Sarnoski, has been delayed six months from March 2023 to September 22nd 2023.

Animated projects are also shifting. The comedy satire “Blazing Samurai” has been set for July 22nd this year. A new untitled animated “Transformers” film has set a July 19th 2024. Finally, the Seth Rogen-produced CG animated new “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” film has set an August 4th 2023 opening.

Another film, “Under the Boardwalk,” has been pulled from the release slate while superhero comedy “Secret Headquarters” has been moved up a week to August 5th.
