Blue Miracle
Netflix has acquired the Dennis Quaid-led true story tale “Blue Miracle” (aka. “On the Line”). The Julio Quintana-helmed film follows Casa Hogar, a Mexican orphanage that was struggling to survive after Hurricane Odile in 2014.

The Boy in the Photo
Emmy Award winner Paul A. Kaufman will both pen and direct a film adaptation of Nicole Trope’s psychological thriller novel “The Boy in the Photo” for The Power of Us Entertainment.

The story follows a woman whose life was turned upside down when her ex-husband kidnapped their six-year-old son. Six years later, a 12-year-old boy shows up claiming to be the missing child and his father was killed in a deadly fire. The woman tries to bond at first, but soon doubt takes hold. WarnerMedia, the Ad Council and CDC have teamed up for a PSA that serves as a friendly reminder for Americans to “Mask Up” with the help of some iconic characters in movies.

The new spot that will air across the WarnerMedia ecosystem and sees multiple film scenes re-imagined with characters wearing face masks. The spot will also air in donated media time and space throughout the country.
