The “Mom Brain” podcast host added, “His name means ‘wealthy guardian of peace and light’ 🤍. We love you baby Edu 🤍.”

“We had a baby last night. He is perfect and we couldn’t be happier 🌟. Stay tuned for a name🤍,” Hilaria wrote.

Hilaria announced the “great news” of her pregnancy via Instagram in April. At the time, she posted a video that featured her growing baby bump as she listened to her baby’s heartbeat. The milestone came after the writer suffered two miscarriages last year.

After her April miscarriage, she opened up about destigmatizing a woman’s loss of pregnancy. “I think it’s important to show the truth … because my job is to help people by being real and open. I have no shame or embarrassment with this experience,” she wrote via Instagram at the time. “I want to be a part of the effort to normalize miscarriage and remove the stigma from it. There is so much secrecy during the first trimester.”

Hilaria continued, “There is so much secrecy during the first trimester. This works for some, but I personally find it to be exhausting. I’m nauseous, tired, my body is changing. And I have to pretend that everything is just fine — and it truly isn’t. I don’t want to have to pretend anymore.”
