You must wash your hands with warm running water, apply enough natural liquid or bar soap to work up a good lather; for at least 15 seconds, vigorously scrub your palms, the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your fingernails.

Foods

It’s essential to thoroughly observe recommendations for safe food handling, preparation, and storage to ensure natural immune power food habits.

Household Products

Find nontoxic biodegradable substitutes such as:

– steel wool with baking soda and water to clean ovens,

– baking soda to scrub toilets,

– undiluted white vinegar for household disinfectant, and

– ½ cup of white vinegar and baking soda each mixed with hot water for weekly drain-cleaning.
