Teachers and the school staff management work together daily to provide safe educational settings and positive experiences for students. The schools have made major contributions to the countries' development. Although these educational institutions are far from perfect, but still promote successful achievements. Yet, the students, teachers and staff management need to communicate well within the schools' environments, in order to understand issues and make decisions for effective change.

The lack of effective communication in schools derives from the misuse of accurate communication channels inside classrooms. Both teachers and students are in the position to exchange messages and interact for a successful communication to take place. But if just one side lacks the way of transmitting the messages, then the misunderstandings happens. In other words, if the teacher's or student's nonverbal or written communication is in direct contradiction to the verbal communication, then it causes a break in communication; leaving the others to form separate and different opinions. That miscommunication might cause conflicts and disrespect among school members.

The importance of communication skills can never be ignored or neglected since it involves a set of complex skills that may avoid many problems in schools and which can be the strengths that students will use to face the external environment and the job world challenges. Those skills are necessary to put in practice first inside classrooms, and then beyond it to cope with the surroundings. Beside, the relationships between teachers and their colleges are getting worse because of the lack of this art of communication, then; conflicts are in raise between classmates that end up with big problems, even the role of administrators is so classic that they deal just with papers and administrative stuff rather than being close to school members and connecting parents with teachers. When an effective communication occurs then fruitful and successful learning goals are achieved. But if miscommunication happens, means there is a lack of basic elements of communication, which creates bad confrontations between students and educators. Here, the success of the learning process depends on the kind of the relationships between the teachers and the students.

The teacher inside the class can not be the maestro of the learning process without the participation of students, he / she tries to use all his / her competencies to lead, and all the managerial skills to deal with students to create an atmosphere of open communication and mutual respect and understanding. In return, the teacher at least expects a positive feedback that acknowledges his / her efforts in teaching, supervising and mentoring. But, unfortunately, there are some ungrateful students who may thank their teachers by simply condemning all their efforts, or even making fun of them and disrespecting them in front of their peers.

Good communication skills have become a must have at all stages of life. And especially to be inserted within the educational system objectives and programs, to evade problems caused by miscommunication. These troubles leads up to a disaster sometimes; such as the physical or mental harassment which is so present and alarming in nowdays schools, and that both teachers and students suffer from. After all, miscommunication is a hindrance to the learning process, which should be resolved to enhance the quality of education all over the world and give great value to each member who contributions and sacrifices to enlighten the future generations.
